📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase market share and customer acquisition in Pontianak.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with regional managers and corporate headquarters to ensure alignment with company-wide strategies and goals.
• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and local community leaders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
