📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate excavators to dig, lift, and move large amounts of earth, rocks, and other materials
• Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient digging and material handling
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to the maintenance team
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Work closely with the project team to coordinate digging and material handling activities
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the excavator
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
• Report any safety hazards or near-misses to the safety officer

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Excavator Operator
• Valid driver's license for heavy machinery
• Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation (e.g., Komatsu, Caterpillar, or similar)
• Good knowledge of construction equipment and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
