📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell medical products to healthcare providers, including doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows to network with industry professionals.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to healthcare providers.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of medical products and industry trends.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
