HR Intern / Temporary Assistant (6-Month Contract) - Bali

In this role, you will work closely with our HR team, supporting various administrative tasks and learning about our recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR policies.

As an HR Intern / Temporary Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting the HR team in their daily operations. You will have the chance to work with industry-standard HR software such as BambooHR and Workday, and you will gain valuable insights into the HR function of a growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update HR records and databases
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving HR-related issues
• Assist with the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining job postings
• Prepare and distribute HR reports and documents
• Support the HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist with the organization of HR-related events and activities
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR-related role or internship
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR and Workday
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
