As our E-Commerce Bookkeeper, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our business. You'll handle daily transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports using industry-standard tools like QuickBooks or Xero. With a proven track record in e-commerce accounting and a passion for detail, you'll be instrumental in helping us navigate the complexities of our digital marketplace.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents
• Process payroll and manage vendor payments with precision
• Generate financial reports and provide data for management decisions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or Xero
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial information

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficient in using QuickBooks or Xero
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways is a plus
