📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives and drive organizational success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR solutions.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all employees.
• Conduct performance management activities, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and coaching.
• Lead talent development programs, including training and development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms to manage HR data and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR roles.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
