📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our commercial team
• Work closely with managers and employees to identify training needs and develop training materials
• Implement training programs that drive performance and growth within the organization
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the needs of our employees
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals
• Provide feedback and support to employees throughout the training process
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Cornerstone to create and deliver online training courses

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on commercial or retail environments
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Cornerstone
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
• Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs
