📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments using the POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and ready for use
• Prepare and serve beverages with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to standard operating procedures
• Assist with inventory management, including counting stock, restocking shelves, and reporting any discrepancies to the manager
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions
• Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting
• Participate in staff training and development, and contribute to a positive team culture

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Indonesian
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
• Friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check
