📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain accurate and detailed 3D models of structural designs using BIM software.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to translate structural concepts into BIM models.
  • Conduct regular model reviews and updates to reflect design changes and progress.
  • Participate in design meetings and provide technical input as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction documents and drawings.
  • Contribute to the development of standard templates and libraries for BIM models.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural design and BIM modelling.
  • Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Tekla, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles and codes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and detailing.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian construction practices and regulations.
