📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive preschool curriculum that aligns with international standards and local educational requirements.
• Oversee daily operations, including classroom management, teacher supervision, and student welfare.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and social skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of students.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety measures in the preschool.
• Represent the preschool at community events and collaborate with local organizations to enrich the learning experience.
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in preschool education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of international preschool curricula, such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or Steiner.
• Proven track record of successfully managing preschool operations and improving student outcomes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid teaching certificate and relevant accreditations.
