Plus City Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Manage a team of logistics coordinators and provide guidance and support.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
