📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and submit accurate electrical estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.,Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure estimates are comprehensive and accurate.,Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather information and clarify project requirements.,Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.,Prepare and present estimates to clients, providing clear and detailed explanations of costs and timelines.,Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope or conditions.,Maintain accurate records of estimates, changes, and approvals for future reference and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.,Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.,Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.,Knowledge of construction and building codes is a plus.
