📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and mentoring the culinary team to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Developing and implementing innovative menu ideas to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Managing inventory and procurement to optimize costs and efficiency.
  • Training new staff and maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in cost control and budgeting processes.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a culinary team.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
