We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Pearl Gate Mandiri in Lubuklinggau. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to both existing and potential customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong customer database and relationship management.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and social media.,Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
