📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and provide information about our products and services.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, including counting and reconciling cash.,Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.,Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a well-presented and attractive store.,Assist with inventory management tasks, such as counting stock and updating inventory records.,Promote our products and services to customers, both in-store and through various marketing channels.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 20 pounds.
