As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our menu and services.,Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget, including expenses and revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with local laws and regulations.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with staff and customers.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.,Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
