You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to secure the best possible deals and maintain strong relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, from supplier selection to order placement and delivery.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure the company has access to the best products and services.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that procurement activities align with the company's goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement laws and regulations.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
