📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Optimize inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.,Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
