📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of lab technicians, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve laboratory efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular quality assurance and quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.,Provide technical support and guidance to other departments, as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all laboratory activities and test results.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
