📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the F&B service team to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage daily operations of the F&B service, including inventory, staff scheduling, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality and ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service strategies.
  • Ensure that all service standards are met and maintained.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B service leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing F&B service teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with F&B service software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
