Base Bay Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accounting Staff to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team of accountants.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Lead a team of accountants and provide guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial recording.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
