📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and development of training programs and materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies,Assist in the coordination of training activities and events,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development department,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related field,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with training software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills
