📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee inventory control and stock replenishment to maintain optimal levels.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in store audits and quality control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
