As an HSE Officer at Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust HSE programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a safety culture and drive continuous improvement in HSE practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSE) programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international regulations, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on HSE best practices.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in HSE practices.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certification in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or OHSAS 18001 is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including national and international laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HSE management software such as SAP, QHSE, or similar.
