📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of HR and GA professionals, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and support to our employees and restaurants.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's values and goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations, including facility maintenance, procurement, and waste management, ensuring our restaurants run smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implement policies that support our employees' well-being and career advancement.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees, helping them grow and develop their skills.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and issues promptly and fairly.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure HR and GA policies are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and GA roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using HR and GA software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Experience in managing a team of HR and GA professionals.
