📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand our market reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the media or advertising industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
