📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing training and support as needed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional office.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner.,Conduct regular site visits to assess branch performance and address any issues.,Work closely with the regional office to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
