📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and ensure accurate stock records.,Conduct regular sales audits and provide reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.,Promote sales and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.,Ensure the store is well-maintained and meets health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
