📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage a team of store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to maintain optimal levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the store meets health and safety standards and regulations.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successful store management and sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
