Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for each position.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Maintain a database of candidates for future hiring needs.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in using social media and other digital platforms for recruitment is a plus.
