Makmur Jaya Electronics is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dili. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electronics manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Troubleshoot and repair technical issues in a timely manner.,Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Inspect and test equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Collaborate with the production team to address any maintenance-related issues.,Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.,Participate in regular training and development programs to stay updated with the latest industry standards and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.,Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required, and knowledge of Tetum or Portuguese is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vehicles.
