📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including regular cleaning and sanitation of equipment and surfaces.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and properly recorded.,Collaborate with other department managers to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant are running smoothly.,Attend and participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Proven track record of success in improving sales and customer satisfaction.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.🛠️ Keahlian
