📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update HR legal documentation, including employment contracts, severance agreements, and non-compete clauses.
• Provide legal advice on HR matters, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Review and advise on HR policies and procedures to minimize legal risks.
• Conduct legal training sessions for HR staff and employees on labor laws and regulations.
• Handle legal aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
• Monitor and report on legal developments that may impact HR practices.
• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of employment agreements and contracts.
• Ensure all HR practices are in compliance with local and national labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR legal roles, preferably in the textile industry.
• Proficient in Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of HR legal documentation and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software like BambooHR or Workday.
• Certification in HR legal compliance or a related field is a plus.
