📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor HR staff.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.,Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
