📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate logistics and resources for medical response missions, ensuring all necessary support is available.
• Utilize SOS Connect and SOS Mobile to manage mission data and communications.
• Work closely with medical response teams to provide essential support during critical missions.
• Monitor and manage mission budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Assist in the planning and execution of medical response missions, from initial call to final report.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including document management and record-keeping.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mission activities and resources.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members, ensuring they are prepared for mission deployment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing resources for high-stakes missions.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SOS Connect and SOS Mobile or similar mission management tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
