📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Conduct equipment testing and validation, documenting results and providing recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to process optimizations and cost reductions.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, applying new knowledge to enhance equipment design and performance.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and quality management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment design, development, or maintenance in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Experience with PLC programming and control systems.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
