📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing campaigns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Follow up on leads and opportunities to drive sales and revenue.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and customer service.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proactive and results-oriented mindset.,Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
