📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and opportunities for growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and products.,Participate in sales meetings and events to network with industry professionals and potential customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales strategies remain effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service in the auto service industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend sales events.
