📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient operations.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients.,Train and develop junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare cost-effective and high-quality dishes.,Participate in kitchen management meetings and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary techniques and ingredients.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian.
